Customer Policy (Subject to Change)


Customer Return Policy


You have 14 days return on your product purchased. The buyer is responsible for the return postage of the product, and the product should be in its original packaging and exactly how it was sent to the buyer. Once the product has been received back and inspected for any damage, providing it is as it was send to the buyer then both the purchase price and the original postage cost will be paid, the return postage will not be paid, it will be refunded the same way the purchase was made. Even though all product are PAT Tested, in the event that the item purchased causes a fire, so long as proof is obtained to show our product caused a fire then we will put it in the hands of our insurance company as all our products are insured. If the product is damaged or has been messed about with in some way once it has been returned, then the damage cost will be taken into consideration and any remaining costs will be refunded back to the customer.


Order's Not Received
All our products are sent out tracked delivery usually via Tracked Royal Mail or Parcel Force and we DO NOT USE Evri/Hermes. We will send you the tracking number if we're able to and what delivery company we've sent your order with, but if you have ordered a product from us and have not received it after 14 working days, get in touch with us and we'll do what we can to solve the problem. However we also keep track of items posted out so we know they have arrived or not. If a customer states they have not received the item when it shows that it has been delivered, then you will need to provide proof to us that shows the tracking information is incorrect. If an product has gone astray although this process may take time as we would need to get in touch with the relevant delivery company we used to send your item to you. Once we've found this information you can either ask for a replacement to be sent out to you and we'll put a claim in for the lost product which has been lost.


We sent you the wrong item you purchased from Complex Computers
We are only human so mistakes do happen. If you have received the wrong item you purchased from us, please get in touch with us. We will need you to send the item back to us in the same packaging and providing the product is undamaged and unused, and providing the product is as it was when we sent it to you, we will either a send you a full refund of your purchase price plus the returned postage cost for returning it back to us, or once we receive the product back we can then send you the correct product you originally purchased if required at no extra cost.


Please check the item is what you want before sending your order to us
If you have purchased an product from us and you made a mistake with your order, then unfortunately you will have to put another order in as well as pay for the return of the unwanted product yourself. We will NOT refund you for the return postage as it was you and not us who made the mistake.
